See what information is used when you practise with Tax Apna and how it supports your account.
This policy explains how the educational platform handles account details and practice records. Review the sections below to learn how your information is used.
01
Information We Collect
- We use account details, including your email address and display name, to provide access.
- We collect information about how modules are used so we can improve the learning experience.
- On the live TaxPracticePortal, third-party providers process payments. This clone does not retain card details.
- Practice work is saved to the account email used to sign in. GSTIN, PAN, TAN, or UAN entered in a portal is not used as the record key.
02
How We Use Information
- We use this information to operate the learning platform, refine its features, share service updates, and answer support questions.
03
What We Don’t Collect
- Never enter a GSTIN you are not authorized to use, an active password, bank or UPI credentials, or government identification numbers into the simulator.
04
Cookies & Local Storage
- The marketing site may use cookies to manage sessions and remember preferences. Browser data supports your current session; after you sign in, the server-side copy linked to your email is the authoritative record.
05
Your Rights
- You can remove practice data at any time with Reset All Returns on the Access page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Tax Apna operates independently for educational use. Government portals do not authorize, endorse, or affiliate with this platform.
